Controller

The controller of your personal data is Maxime Mansiet EI (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), 22 avenue Victor Hugo, 33120 Arcachon, France, SIREN 941 572 364. Contact: hello@euthyne.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

Request-access form

When you submit the request-access form, we collect:

  • your email address (required)
  • a hidden field recording which form on the page you used
  • whether your address uses a company domain or a free email provider, worked out from the address itself
  • a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address, used only to limit the form to 5 attempts per hour. We do not store your raw IP address.

The form also contains a hidden honeypot field that catches bots.

We use this data to manage the access list and to contact you about Euthyne. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form.

Storage

Form data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on the publisher's server at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany (EU).

Emails

After you submit the form, we send you a confirmation email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA).

Emails sent to hello@euthyne.com are forwarded by our domain registrar, Porkbun (USA), to the founder's Google mailbox (Google, USA).

These transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses, or both.

Server logs

To deliver and secure the site, the web server (Traefik, on the publisher's server) processes your IP address, user agent and the URL you request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept no longer than 30 days.

Third-party content

The background video on the home page is loaded from Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services, USA), which receives your IP address when the video loads.

Fonts are self-hosted. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

Retention

We keep form data until Euthyne opens access to you, then for up to 12 months without further contact. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data
  • have it rectified
  • have it erased
  • restrict its processing
  • object to its processing
  • receive it in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@euthyne.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Automated decisions and sale of data

We make no automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data.
